Marie Eaton used to be one of Britain's fattest women, weighing in at a massive 50 stone. She underwent a gastric bypass, which resulted in her shedding over 35 stone but which has also left the 43-year-old with masses of excess skin hanging from her tiny frame. She is now consulting leading surgeon Peter Arnstein to see whether he can perform an operation to remove it.
