Thinking the problem was fixed, we ran again only to discover the cooling system over pressurised. Benny takes out the engine to prepare for a fresh build.

The sigma is super close to getting a roadworthy certificate, however there is a problem with the brakes that leads Benny to give the front end a freshen up.

Benny's rebuilding the Barra wrecker motor as the over night engine swap continues to save his daily work ute.

Benny continues piecing together the VH-45 conversion, & re-thinks the design of the radiator support with an angle grinder & welder in hand. There's been a lot of work done off camera too.

Benny tears off his stock mirrors and replaces them elsewhere, as well as patches up body pannels due to previous owner mishaps , with the help of a forklift.

Clutch failure has left Benny stranded on the side of the road, but theres more to this than meets the eye; so today we take a look at what went wrong & throw in a new Excedy Heavy Duty Clutch.

Drifting can be low speed, resulting in general overheating. In this case, Bennys preventing single pegging by installing a diff cooler... in the boot!
