Ikuta Toko, who lost her parents in an accident at the age of 3, is raised by her uncle who runs a barber shop in Morioka. As an adult, she aspires to become an actress and tries to challenge the audition held in Tokyo, but the Great East Japan Earthquake occurred on March 11, 2011, the day before. Volunteers in Kesennuma were divided, Toko moved to Morioka and Kiyotaka returned to Tokyo. While working at the cafe with Han, she aims to become an actress with a stronger will than before, therefore she spends days striving for lessons. Kiyotaka decided to get a job at a major general trading company as expected by his family, but he os struggling to decide if his path was really right. In the meantime, the two of them who had been interacting with each other by e-mail or phone will strengthen their feelings.
