30 civilian Danes have signed up for the challenge of a lifetime: a specially designed aspirant course over eight days led by four former hunter soldiers. Do the 30 have what it takes to become elite soldiers? The aspirants test their strength with exercises that are all based on the entrance exams for the elite forces. From day one, they are challenged with races with packs in difficult terrain, hard physical exercises and the dreaded march. It doesn't take long before the first ones fall off. It is the start of a day where the aspirants must learn to deal with fear. The self-confidence exercise 'Dead wall' is on the programme, and it causes problems for several of the aspirants. There is only one day left before the aspirants have completed 'The Corps'. but it will be the hardest day in the life of the aspirants. They have been captured and must be subjected to interrogation for the next several hours, which will make them reveal what mission they have been on. Stress positions, white noise, water and cold are just some of the methods that the interrogator uses to break the aspirants mentally. The instructors follow everything so that they can finally make a decision about who should be sent on to the final confidence test and thus get the opportunity to go all the way.
