Businessman Dimo Ganev returns for a second meeting with Manov, revealing emotional trauma from his childhood and tension in his relationship with his son. Ganev leaves the session after a confrontation with Manov, who emphasizes that therapy is a long process. Radiolav tries to restore his relationship with his wife Magdalena, but she remains distant.

In Dr. Manov's office, Elena Futekova discusses her father's marital issues, revealing parallels with her own marriage, and realizes she must choose between her husband and her extramarital affairs. Dr. Yasenova also sees Tatyana Mihaylova with her daughter Eliza, who is stressed and controlled by her mother. The therapist suggests that the child draw how she sees her family.
