Today’s guest is my friend and genius actress, Park Sodam! A lot of Yongwangnims have talked about how they would like if she was invited, but Sodam has been busy lately, so I wondered a lot whether I could suggest an interview. Just in case, I did, and so gladly She said she’d like to right away …
I’m really thankful to Sodam who accepted the interview, and to her company for allowing it. The Sodam I’ve seen is really clear, so so bright, kind, and is a friend that is hard to find anything harsh about. Of course, I haven’t seen her for a long time, but, by getting to know the person Sodam through the program ‘Gamsung Camping’, ah, I’ve really met such a good friend. This is really lucky. Is something that I feel more as time passes.
Other than when she’s acting, Sodam who gives off a vibe which seems to make her even more charming. When acting, her eyes change completely.. Please continue to give her work even more attention, and I will always support her as a friend and audience :)

However, it's not just tteokgukㅎㅎ
It is "soup tteokkguk". It's unfamiliar, right? It is for me, too ㅋㅋ

I was surprised because the recipe is easy, and it tastes really good..

I normally have been doing lots of exercise that combines aerobics. In order to diet and tone my muscles, I’ve tried these exercises a lot.
The exercise I’ve been really into is this Tabata workout!!
You’re supposed to do 3 sets for 4 minutes at once for a total of 12 minutesㅎㅎ
You may think it’s short, but once you try it, wow..
You’ll be able to lose all kinds of fat while creating a toned bodyㅎㅎ

There was a time when I was in college, where I learned how to make cocktails for a short time at a cocktail bar, and this reminded me of that time.
I’m a beginner making the drink, so it may not remind you of the Taegukgi, but it’s still a meaningful drinkㅎㅎ

I heard he opened a restaurant, so I kept saying I have to go, I have to go, but constantly couldn’t. This time, I finally went!!!!!
He was so mindful ㅠㅠ I ate very comfortably :)
I thought a lot of Yongwangnims would be curious about it, so I ordered everything on the menu and tried them myself.. Wow, the way it melts in your mouth, it really feels magnificentㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
But, I really couldn’t help this feeling.
Right when I was starting to feel it was greasy, rice and a stew was brought out, and that feeling went right away ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
Also, it felt like Don Spike became a bit more brighter running this restaurant than when he was doing music...ㅎㅎㅎ I hope you do even better in the future^’^

When I was in elementary school, there was a KFC in front of my school, so I really ate a lot of it. When I got older, I couldn't eat it as often, but there's always been a lingering feeling? It's that type of foodㅋㅋㅋ So I prepared it today! To be honest, I'm not sure if I'll be able to eat all 8 of themㅋㅋㅋ But there are quite a number of people who desire it, and though I could only eat 3, I shared it all and finished it cleanly :)
As expected, it's so so good!!!! I focused on eating biscuits and strawberries, and, as expected, it was so good ㅠㅠ Just, it was so dry ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ Almost, in my mouth ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ It almost hardenedㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

It is me trying to show an upgraded frappuccino mukbang with various Starbucks RTD Frappuccino recipes!!! Though, I’m not sure if it’s a mukbang...ㅋㅋㅋㅋ
First, thank you to Big Yong unnie for doing this with me for the ingredients and visualsㅎㅎ
I bought all sorts of ingredients from the market myself, and made this after various ideas. This is my first time making this, so I worried as wellㅋㅋㅋ Still, I think it came out quite well, so I’m very proud!!
Also, the natural taste of Starbucks Frappuccinos are really good, so it was good no matter what recipe was usedㅋㅋㅋ Lately, the weather has been humid and hot… On days like this where even your stress increases, I think this is just right!ㅎㅎ
Though, what I made is a bit..excessiveㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
I recommend Yongwangnims adding things that suit your preference and making this once :)

I wear sportswear a lot, to the point where it’s almost daily, so I’m going to try to recommend good ones. I usually wear leggings and tops a lot.
There are occasionally different kinds though ㅎㅎ
This is strictly my personal preference, so please just use this as reference :)))
Personal preferences definitely differ a lot with sportswear. I’m the type that really prefers comfortable things, and leggings are really diverse depending on the material. There isn’t a single thing that’s easy...ㅠㅠ
I’ll experience more things, and if I have another chance, I will come do this again :))

You know there are ice creams that we all commonly know and like. Those ice creams are improving endlessly lately kekeke A lot of new flavors are being released, so I went around for a few days and gathered ice creams that were interesting by my standards(?). There were actually more kekekeke But they kept melting while setting up the mukbang, so I had to put them back in the freezer, then get it out...And kept repeating that kekekekekeke It also melted while filming ㅠㅠ So I had to rush ㅠㅠㅠ I felt... It's really hard filming a video with ice cream kekekekekekeke
Still, I made this with the determination of wanting to show our Yongwangnims new ice creams :)

Once again, I felt just how many dog related companies there are. There are so many pretty clothes, lots of interesting toys, and lots of foods that look good ㅎㅎ It was really interesting and fun for me, but Yongkeey looked bored. So we couldn’t stay for long, but we looked around for a bit and got some air from nearby ㅎㅎㅎ It was probably because of the pet fair, but there were a lot of dogs.
After getting home, I saw I didn’t buy as much stuff as I thought;;; People brought things like carriers, and there were a lot of people buying things by the box.
Still, I had fun browsingㅎㅎ and came back ㅎㅎ

There are really a lot of malicious comments in the world, and, regrettably, we’re still not able to resolve them. There are quite a lot of innocent people who have a hard time because of those people’s fingers. The reason I filmed this kind of video today is because I don’t think I’m weak mentally. I don’t really get caught up in most malicious comments, but I think that it can hurt someone else. I made this video to alert those people, show that there are severe punishments for their light actions, and for them to realize just how much they can harm a person before there are more victims. There are actually a lot of young people, too. I think it could be because they don’t know better. I hope that this video at least shows those that don’t know better just how scary their actions are.

I really like movies. Of them, the movie ‘Hedwig’ left a deep impression on me. It’s also been receiving lots of love recently as a musical. Today, as a Halloween special, I’m going to try to re-create ‘Hedwig’! ㅎㅎ From head to toe, NANA did this with me.

To be honest, I did feel like, ‘Am I a bit late..?’, so I wondered a lot about whether I should do this or not. But I felt like, ‘Let’s do this!!!’, and prepared itㅋㅋㅋㅋ because the dancer who did this with me was in charge of MAMAMOO’s choreography for AYA, Dingga, and, recently, mumumumuch, I immediately!!! asked them to do this :)

To be honest, I was able to muster up some courage because of [Park] Sodam and [Ahn] Young-mi unnie hehe When I first went on, I was so nervous and didn’t know much, and was shy...It was really confusing, and it took a while for me to go on again hehe. Still, Sodam first asked me about it, so I was able to have fun with her :)
Before the shoot, I was so nervous...Even the writers worried a lot for me. Seeing that, I felt sorry and got more nervous..whew.
Still, they made me feel comfortable, but I was able to finish it up well :)

Today, with a multi-use carrier recommendationㅎㅎ I tried a strawberry latte inside a tumbler bag, along with this black charcoal chicken, 3 cheese ball set (cheese balls, sweet potato cheese ball, chocolate cheese ball), cactus sauce, and seasoning sauce! It looks a bit..iffyㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ But the taste was unexpectedㅎㅎ
Also, we worry about the environment a lot lately, right! So I couldn’t reduce as muchㅠㅠ But I will try to little by little. There are a lot of people who use tumblers, and it’s gotten nowadays, so I think a tumbler bag is really useful.ㅎㅎ It’s also meaningful, so I think it’s an item that can be used in a good way :)
I feel like there are going to be a lot of people who are curious about the taste of the chicken. It’s savory and not salty, with a crispy texture, and the cactus sauce helps make it not greasyㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ That’s the flavor :)

The owls were really cute hahahaha Our beautiful country, Gangsan! Grow up beautifully and healthy. Geon-gon, the mother tiger, has a strong maternal love. I gave away all the meat cakes I made with the zookeeper to the children.. The first sauna tent I ever encountered!!! Oh my God… It was just awesome. As much as I want to bring it home... Sikhye eating after sweating wow haha The next morning, my unnies warned me that it might not be a finger jam because it was too swollen hahahaha It's because I had a sauna, so something refreshing and fortunately (?) It was my first time trying out a musical.
Last year, I met director Kim Moon-jeong for the first time through a program called Boss in the Mirror, and that was how we got to know each other, and we met again in a musical called “Mata Hari”, which is a masterpiece. It was both something I was proud and excited about. I am also very grateful to director Kim Moon-jeong for trusting me and entrusting my abilities.
I always like new attempts and challenges, so I think the new side of being a part of a musical came to me with another thrill.
It's my first time, so I'm still learning a lot, but I'll do my best :)
It's a really attractive piece, so if you have the time and money, I recommend you to check it out!

After about two or three months of practice starting in March, finally! The first performance day has come.
Really... It's my first time doing a musical, so I'm so nervous and in a situation where I don't have a foreboding of what kind of atmosphere or situation it will be in ㅠㅠ Really ㅠㅠ Ha
The staff, actors, and everyone around me supported and encouraged me, so I had a lot of fun practicing and I was able to rely on it a lot on the first day of the performance.

It was unfamiliar, but it was pretty fun lol
The instructor makes it fun too.
I'm so new, I couldn't do many moves, but I enjoyed exercising and playing in the water :)
I did it at Aqua Field, an outdoor swimming pool, but they say they do it a lot at the Han River or indoors!

On the interview day, he had a bad cold, so I told him it'd be okay to do it some other time.
But he said he didn't wanna cause trouble since it was a promise with many people... so sweet
He's so popular nowadays haha
As a joke, when I went 'Ohhh~~,' he'd say no and act all modest.
I learned a lot from him as I interviewed him.
The day before the interview, he called me
and asked me how he should do the interview in detail.
Seeing that, I thought he was a real pro. He didn't become the person he is now all of a sudden.
He worked really hard for it. He's such a great guy as I get to know him more.

MAMAMOO is now on a world tour these days!
So I plan to take videos whenever the time allows (of course, most of the time I'm not able to...)
I'm trying to do a mukbang with Taiwanese food I got when I went to Taiwan for a concert.
I really tried to ask around and searched the internet for delicious food... I am trying out some of the food for the first time, and there were also familiar ones :)
I actually felt very familiar with Taiwanese food, but trying out the food I felt I had a long way to go! There are a lot of food in the world and a lot more delicious ones ????

I really loved ramdon, but when I was a trainee, I once ate ramdon for a whole week, and that gave me a tummy ache. So I don't eat it as often anymore

And I think there are a lot of times when it's a bit difficult to exercise. My legs are very swollen... sore...

I had never learned French before, so I was really worried and worried. So, I practiced by playing French slowly on YouTube and writing down the pronunciation as I heard it… There are many shortcomings;

Finally! "Two Rabbits", the first mini album of MAMAMOO+, is out :)
Two Rabbits! It could've been our team name!!!
Thankfully, it became our album name and song title instead. It is embarrassing to tell myself, but this album is a masterpiece LOL 'Dang Dang' has been a candidate for MAMAMOO's title song for years, and now it's back, sounding even better! The intro song is a really important and catchy, and it shows who we are, while the song 'I like this' has been with us ever since we were MAMAMOO trainees. We tried to include it in albums every time, but we just couldn't. 'Starry Night' was made around this time last year. We were gonna reveal it during summer, but we just couldn't get the right timing, so we included it in this album. Also, the moment I listened to 'Save Me', which had a preview released, I fell in love with it and included it here. Anyway, what I'm saying is that this album is amazing. Please listen to all our songs in the album:) Thank you!

I wanted to change my hair up as I was preparing for MAMAMOO+ album and the summertime as I was maintaining a dark brown color for a while. So!!! I decided to bleach my hair. I was worried and nervous since I was bleaching my hair for the first time in a while.
But thanks to 3WAAU, I could recover from my damaged hair! I was worried that my hair be damaged after bleaching it. I heard the fact that I didn't bleach my hair for a while doesn't mean my scalp would hurt less. Apparently, my scalp remembers what was done to it. Scary,,,
Actually, I was afraid of bleaching my hair... But thanks to the customized hair care products, my hair and scalp were not damaged as much as I worried. Yongwang-nims who have the same concerns as me! I recommend 3WAAU!!
I am going to try to maintain the color of my hair in a brighter color even if I don't know how it will go. But it was nice since I could show you guys new me as I was preparing for the album:)

This was on my bucket list for 2023. In the beginning of this year, I started an ambitious project. I bought some balsam seeds at a dollar store, planted them. But the project quickly went out of my control. It's been such a long time since I grew a plant. I think the last time I grew a plant was when I was in elementary school. Sadly, the plant withered, betraying my expectation. But it was still a meaningful experience! I tried something and failed! So I bought a balsam kit instead, and dyed my nails with it. It worked out fine! I feel good!

The first time I visited my friend's place for Pregnant Mom's Day, her child was just a newborn, and now it's my third visit! haha
It's been a while, and I was surprised to see that both kids have grown quite a bit. It's fascinating to see them walking around when I first saw them as newborns haha
Thinking that my friend is raising two kids... It feels a bit awkward,,, and I'm a complete novice with handling children^^

Just a few months ago, I swore not to do anything to my hair to keep it healthy. But... humans make the same mistakes. I bleached my hair again (2-3 times), and I promised myself yet again.
But my hair looked so messy when the roots started growing out and my hair turned yellow... I tried a color treatment at home on this channel, but I tried dying my hair this time. So I tried other tanghulu and I get why they're so popular.
Whenever I eat tanghulu, I feel like the sugar could cut(?) through my tongue. (Is that just me?!)
I like sweet food, but tanghulu is just... Way too sweet! And I had to keep eating them lol But that was a tasty mukbang :)

I guess you're surprised with this unforeseen video. For four years, I had so much fun running the SOLARSIDO channel. I've been uploading every week without any rest. I've grown a sense of responsibility and learned a lot while running this channel. While ending the year of 2023, I'll take a rest and prepare for a new season:) I'm planning to come back on my birthday in 2024 with a better version of myself. (Won't be that long, actually... Just making it dramatic) New SOLARSIDO with Season 3!!!
