Move It Mob Style takes us around Australia, visiting Indigenous communities, learning about culture, healthy tucker and some deadly dance moves you won't forget in a hurry.

Deadly dance moves, hip hop rhymes and beats, and a chance to learn about our Indigenous languages contribute to a fast tempo episode that takes us from the Northern Territory to South Australia and back to NSW.

The crew dance their way around Australia mixing it up with some of Australia's best hip hop artists while looking at the health benefits of breakfast and beach boxing.

The crew take us to Darwin, Gladstone and Redfern busting those deadly dance moves and showing us that didgeridoos, oysters and the Charcoal Lane restaurant all have one thing in common - they're good for your body and mind.

Our dancers are carving up the local dance floors from Brisbane QLD to Katherine in the NT and Bendigo VIC and we'll also be going fishing in Queensland.

Follow the crew to Cape York, and Katherine in the Northern Territory to learn some more deadly dance moves, and why it's so important to have good oral health and get regular check ups.

The crew dance in the middle of Sydney Harbour on Cockatoo Island, collecting bush dyes for weaving in the NT and discover just how good a turtle stir fry can be.
