Since their inception in 1960, the Raiders have never had a stadium of their own. Until now. Narrated by Dirty Jobs' Mike Rowe, From The Ground Up, takes the viewer on an unprecedented look into the techniques and technologies, the steel and the stress, and the lives of the men and women responsible for building an ultra-modern stadium in Southern Nevada.

Narrated by Dirty Jobs' Mike Rowe, Episode Two of From The Ground Up, adventures through the early phases of the Allegiant Stadium project with an in-depth look at how dirt and caliche was removed to dig the stadium below ground level. A special look at Raiders owner Mark Davis, president Marc Badain and hall of famer Howie Long as they take part in one of the many blasts that took place on the site.

Narrated by Dirty Jobs' Mike Rowe, Episode Three of From The Ground Up, dives into the six phases of the stadium project as it begins to take off out of the ground.

Narrated by Dirty Jobs' Mike Rowe, Episode Four of From The Ground Up, examines two key elements of Allegiant Stadium's main structure. With the footings in place, the building goes vertical, with elevator cores serving as the building's backbone and the first of the decking that will be the main entrance.

The team continues pouring concrete decks around the perimeter of the stadium and raising the cores in preparation of the first major steel lift - over 113,000 lbs! Steel is a major structural and aesthetic component of the building. The first major piece of the "skeleton" gets placed, which means a workforce increase to almost 1,000 workers on site.

The entire team reflects on where they've come this past year. What's been accomplished and what is yet to come. Raiders owner Mark Davis makes an impromptu visit to the site to check on the work, and meet face-to-face with the men and women turning the vision into reality. And, we delve deeply into the process of pre-casting concrete and visit the off-site plant where that work is being conducted.

On this episode of From the Ground Up, General Manager Mike Mayock pays a visit to the Allegiant Stadium construction site to see the progress. The crew continues to work on the steel skeleton and truss columns.
