Steel meets style – Today the boys finally lay down some paint on their ’69 GTO. Peyton and Tommy then wrestle the body back onto the frame and slap on all new weather stripping to lock out the elements and preserve this poised piece of Pontiac perfection.

Clutch performance - Today Tommy and Joel install a new third pedal and show you the do’s and don’ts on how to bleed the transmission to make your ride run smooth. Then, the dash gets an upgrade but its aesthetic stays true to its retro-glory.

Wired and inspired – The guys enter the winding maze of wiring as they install a new ECU. Then, it’s out with the old and in with the new as Joel upgrades the sound deadening and Tommy puts a new shine on the original taillights.

Sight & Sound - Personality isn’t all looks, especially on our GTO. Tommy & Joel install a new exhaust system and break down why it matches the look and feel of our ’69 GTO. And it wouldn’t be a proper Detroit Muscle build without shiny new wheels. The guys also demonstrate how to adjust wheel offset and measure your ride to ensure these new shoes are the right fit.

Glass & Class – The guys get rid of some clear and present danger as they swap out some old glass and install new power windows on their 1969 GTO. And they begin to add the finishing touches as they install an all-new interior with carpet and seats to match.

Yard Work – Tommy and Joel hit the road to introduce two new Detroit Muscle project builds: a 1956 Chevy 210 and an A-Body Mopar they hope will hit the bullseye for their vision. Their destination: Stephen’s Performance, a muscle car graveyard with the world’s largest collection of Mopars.

Rusty Gold – There’s a new project in the shop, a 1956 Chevrolet 210, and today, we’re tearing it apart. The guys pull the doghouse off the car and yank the body off the frame to get their 210 project car prepped for paint. They’ll walk you through all the necessary steps to get rid of old rusty bolts and even find some interesting treasures buried beneath the seats of this classic bowtie.

Start your engines – The day has finally come as the guys finish up their 1969 GTO, Project Henchman, and take it on its first drive. They add a few finishing touches and show you how to carefully install a spoiler on finished paint, along with some slick new stripes, and even walk you through how to get some 3D-printed hard-to-find pieces that put the cherry on top of this menacing muscle car.
