The acts on Friday night are Welsh band Feeder, followed by headliners The Pretenders. All of the great Pretenders songs bear the unmistakable stamp of their leader Chrissie Hynde and their set is recognised for its mixture of blistering classics and gentler moments.

Tonight's featured act is Scottish band Franz Ferdinand, who headlined the Garden Stage on the final night of the festival. As well as classic tracks from their back catalogue, the band also played three tracks from their newly released album, Always Ascending. Franz Ferdinand are currently on an epic world tour, which kicks off in late January and ends in mid-July. The band will be playing practically every part of the globe; from Glasgow to Guadalajara! The line-up consists of; frontman Alex Kapranos, bassist Bob Hardy and drummer Paul Thomson along with relative newcomers Dino Bardot and Julian Corrie.

Tonight's featured act is the illustrious rock band The Pretenders, headed up by the phenomenally talented singer-song writer and musician Chrissie Hynde. The Pretenders took to the stage on the second night of the three-day festival held on the Belladrum Estate by Beauly and this was their first appearance at Belladrum. Since they formed in the late 70s, The Pretenders have been an influential band in the music world. In 2005 they were inducted into the Rock 'n' Roll Hall of Fame, despite Chrissie Hynde being unimpressed by the 'accolade'.

Astonishingly Feeder formed over 21 years ago and are still going strong. 'Swim' was the title of their first single release. The band played the Garden Stage on the beautiful Belladrum Estate to a delighted crowd on the Friday night, the second of three music-filled days. This marked their second appearance at the music festival by Beauly as they first played Belladrum in 2010 when the average attendance was 13,000 punters. These days, crowds of nearly 17,000 attend the vibrant and family friendly festival in the heart of the Highlands. The band will be touring in 2018 and March sees them on the English leg of their tour.

Tonight's featured act is The James Hunter Six, who took to the Garden stage on the beautiful Belladrum Estate by Beauly in the early evening of Saturday. English-born singer-songwriter James Hunter has opened for such luminaries as Aretha Franklin, Etta James, Willie Nelson and Tom Petty. This show features First Aid Kit, a contemporary folk outfit made up of Swedish sisters Johanna and Klara Soderberg, who hail from just outside Stockholm. First Aid Kit played the Garden Stage on the opening night of the festival and played a host of their hits, including the track It's a Shame, from their album Ruins.

This show features highland folk-rock outfit Torridon, who blasted their way onto the Garden Stage on the beautiful Belladrum Estate by Beauly on the opening day of the festival. Usually the band appear as a seven-piece but this year, six took to the stage; Kenny Smith, Kenny Lyall, Paul 'Pel' Elliot, Glyn 'Taffy' Evans, Grant Milne and Michael John MacMillan, aka Mr Bean.

This show features highland DJ/Bhangra group Tigerstyle, who blasted their way onto the Garden Stage on the beautiful Belladrum Estate by Beauly on the second day of the festival. Tigerstyle are made up of two DJ brothers, Raj and Pops, who are trained in classical tabla, gurmat sangeet and various forms of Punjabi folk music and instrumentation. The DJs are known for creating a pioneering fusion of sound named digi-bhang.

Highlights from the 2017 Belladrum Tartan Heart music festival. This show features Glasgow four-piece Vukovi. The band unleashed their experimental rock-pop sound on the Hothouse Stage on the second day of the festival. Vukovi formed in 2010, when the band Wolves was looking for a new lead singer. Bandmates Hamish Reilly, Jason Trotter and Colin Irving got Janine Shilstone on board and renamed the band Vukovi, the Serbian word for wolves.

This show features Milburn, an indie rock outfit from Sheffield and made up of brothers Joe Carnall (lead singer) and Louis Carnall (guitarist), along with drummer Tom Rowley and guitarist Joe Green. The band split in 2008 but reformed in 2016. They played the Saturday night on the Hothouse Stage.

This show features Neon Waltz, a Scots indie rock outfit from Wick and John o' Groats, featuring brothers Kevin and Jamie Swanson along with along with Calvin Wilson, Liam Whittles, Darren Coghill and Jordan Shearer. They played the Saturday night on the Hothouse Stage.

Highlights from Dr Feelgood's set at Belladrum Tartan Heart 2017. The band took to the Hothouse Stage on the beautiful Belladrum Estate in the early evening of the Friday and played to an elated crowd. Dr Feelgood was formed in the 60s by Lee Collinson (aka Lee Brilleaux), John Wilkinson (aka Wilko Johnson) and John Sparks. Though the line-up has changed over the years, the power and energy of the music remain. Today's line-up features Robert Kane on lead vocals and harmonica, Steve Walwyn on guitar, Kevin Morris on drums and Phil Mitchell on bass guitar.

The band rocked their way onto the Garden Stage on the beautiful Belladrum Estate by Beauly on the second day of the festival and despite the rain they got a truly warm welcome from a delighted crowd.

Tonight's featured act is a truly sensational sister act and ultimate disco group from the USA - who other than Sister Sledge? The group headlined the opening night of Belladrum and wowed the crowds at the festival, held on the Belladrum Estate by Beauly. Although their first time playing at Belladrum, the sisters shared their love of Scotland and the fond memories they had of their first visit to the Highlands in earlier years. Since they formed in the early seventies, Sister Sledge's style and sound has hugely influenced the world of disco music. Famous for the track We Are Family, the sisters have certainly stayed true to their word as Joni's son Thaddeus White now sings with his aunts Debbie and Kim. Tanya Tiet completes the singing line-up.
