Welcome to A Hero's Journey! Our debut guest is none other than Andrew "LuckyChewy" Lichtenberger. A demon both online and on the felt, he has over $10 million in live winnings, a WSOP circuit ring, a WSOP bracelet, and a WPT Alpha8 Super High Roller title amongst other achievments.

In this episode of A Hero's Journey podcast, our host Lee Davy talks to Swedish poker phenom Martin Jacobson. A longtime feature on lists of greatest players who had never won a title, Jacobson finally took down the 2014 WSOP Main Event for $10,000,000. He and Lee discuss the madness of winning such an event, his pre-poker endeavours in the culinary and military arenas, and his chosen lack of participation in certain high-profile, high stakes competitions.

Our hero today is James Obst, an Australian tournament player who has won some of the biggest tournaments competing online as "Andy McLEOD". He's seen repeated success at the WSOP, and in 2017 he won his first bracelet, taking down the $10k Razz Championship. Our host, Lee Davy, chats with James about his love for poker and tennis, overcoming horrific health issues, and his continued goal of one day competing at Wimbledon.

Today's hero is Jessica Dawley, who has earned over $1,000,000 in live tournaments, with accolades that include a 2018 WSOP bracelet win.

Today's hero is Shannon Shorr, who has won more than $8 million playing live tournaments, and last year banked $1.3 million gross. In 2014, the Global Poker Index recognized Shannon's consistency at the top end of the business by naming him one of their top 10 players of the decade.

This episode's hero is Jason Senti. Jason was one of the OG coaches on BlueFire Poker, where he met Phil Galfond and formed a relationship that eventually led to his current position as CEO of Run It Once Poker. Jason has also had major success as a live tournament player, including a final table finish at the 2010 WSOP Main Event for over $1.3 million.

Today's hero is Daniel Negreanu: A member of the Poker Hall of Fame, with over $42 million in live tournament cashes, 6 WSOP bracelets, 2 WPT Main Event titles, and the only player to have won the WSOP Player of the Year twice. He's also one of the rare few poker players whose popularity transcends the game, as recognized by the success of his instalment of the popular and respected MasterClass series.
