The academy has invited a renowned hawker to disclose his mouthwatering Prawn Mee recipe. This is the first time the stern mentor is accepting students. Join these two students as they figure out how to make the perfect Prawn Mee.

This week's Bak Chor Mee mentor has 20 years of experience. He sets the bar high for his two students and both are very eager to learn the skills. They soon form a strong bond and support each other through the tough learning process. Will this friendship help them get through when situations arise?

This week's hawker dish is Laksa. The mentor patiently passes on his skills and guides the two students along. But to his dismay, both of them did not give it all to learn. With the competition drawing near, will they be able to impress the panel of judges with their creation of Laksa?

This week's contestants face the biggest challenge of the series. They have to make Wonton Mee from scratch. Besides being slow in learning, both apprentices also cannot handle the fast-paced morning crowd, disappointing their mentor even on the final day. How will their final challenge unfold?

The humble Hokkien Mee is the original one-pot dish. For all its simplicity, a pair of strong arms is what makes this mentor’s dish appealing. One of our apprentices has literally put his head on the line for this challenge, the stakes are high this week.

Kway Chap is the last hawker dish for this series. Behind the highly sought-after taste, lies the time and meticulous effort of preparing and cooking. Can the two students endure the hardship to get through the apprenticeship?
