The world turns to havoc in the event of the crisis of the mass extinction caused by the demons, wiping out more than a third of the Earth's population. The boys must take control of the situation and tell the world that things will turn out okay - before the world destroys itself.

Meanwhile, Bobby investigates a malevolent presence surrounding his angel assistant.

The brothers investigate a coastal town and uncover a pirate-loving teenager's quest for a cursed treasure that holds a valuable special pirate relic that can kill any demon.

Flynn and Scarlett check-in to Oakwood Manor, a viral "haunted" hotel to find out if reported ghost sightings are true, but the both of them have different ideas of what to do in their time together. Meanwhile, Jackson goes with Bobby to a meeting with the after-death council to discuss the future of death - but talks pause when the devil makes a surprise visit.

Flynn wakes up the morning after his night with Scarlett to a note saying she's travelled to the Canadian Yukon to help defeat a spirited yeti attacking her family and that she could use the brothers' help - and so Jackson and Flynn are forced to adapt to the cold and snowy climate to help Scarlett's investigation.

Jackson travels to a Los Angeles neighbourhood to investigate the recent rise of miscarriages in healthy pregnant women - and eventually uncovers a darker truth than he ever imagined. Meanwhile, Flynn goes to Bobby for help navigating a heartbreak after Scarlett's departure.

An Oklahoma small town with reports of clown sightings in sewers forces the brothers to face their mutual fear of clowns and investigate before the situation leads down a darker path.

Jackson and Flynn investigate deaths of people who were killed by a spirit who uses silence as a deception method to let its victims' guards down. Meanwhile, Bobby meets an unexpected new arrival to Heaven.

The brothers and Bobby investigate an ice cream shop serving up ice cream that literally freezes customers' brains - and they determine that one of the employees' bodies is being controlled by a bodysnatcher. Meanwhile, Bobby struggles to tell the brothers about their mother's arrival to Heaven.

Bobby's parents, upon discovering that he has become God, contact the brothers asking them to bring Bobby down to their family ranch to reason with him. While there, a group of ranchers from a town over kidnap his parents, leaving the brothers wondering if these are demons sent by the Devil or if it is unrelated.

When a trap set by the Devil puts Flynn in a coma, he dreams of what his life would have been like had he not been a demon hunter, while Jackson tries to rationalize the decision to save Flynn's life when Bobby gets hesitant over morals.

Scarlett calls the boys asking for them to travel back to the Canadian Yukon to help save her and her family from the spirited yeti now that she has a plan. Meanwhile, Bobby meets with the devil after his millions of signals.

The Devil begins his evil plan to take over Heaven and turn it into Hell; forcing a tiresome battle to ensue between him and Bobby-God.

The brothers mourn the loss of Bobby and ask God to take the role as God once again - as well as the role of the Devil, so that he can turn the afterlife into a better place for all eternity.

After saving the world by reinstating the role of God and the Devil, both Jackson and Flynn are free to retire from the job of monster hunting. Flynn travels to the Yukon with hope to reunite with Scarlett; Jackson uses his hunting skills to pursue a new hobby; Bobby and the brothers' mother watches over them from Heaven.
