Mr. Tanaka discovers Neko Rahmen and is shocked to see a cat, Taishou, running the shop. Taishou shares his opinions on the work ethic of young people. Mii-Chan finds love.

Taishou hires a new cashier, who has problems making correct change, but has excellent penmanship. We're introduced to Taishou's problematic horde of kittens that he's constantly trying to get rid of.

Taishou finds a really old guy, Toku-san, to work for him. Toku-san succeeds in bringing in many new customers -- but not the kind that Tiashou can tolerate.

Taishou invites Mr. Tanaka to bring his love interest to Neko Rahmen and tries to help Mr. Tanaka win her over. Taishou once again fails to unload any of the kittens that hang around his shop.
