It’s time to switch things up in 'The Pressure Cooker' challenge. They are in unfamiliar territory as the final three contestants switch trucks and cook their competitors signature dish!

It's the semi finals and the remaining chefs have to create 'A Visual Feast' by cooking a vegan dish and taking an insta-worthy shot to sell it to us on social media. With only two places up for grabs in the final you could cut the tension with a knife!
