To commemorate the massive changes to the British landscape since the first motorway was opened 50 years ago, actor and comedian Robbie Coltrane travels the length and breadth of Britain in a car of the period, sticking only to the B-roads around in that bygone age. He also visits England's oldest sweet shop in Pateley Bridge, Yorkshire, and stops off at the Wray scarecrow festival in Lancashire, which attracts more than 10,000 people annually.
