Competitors who had a median performance in the Mysterious Box will have a second chance to save themselves. In a mini pressure test, they should cut an entire chicken into eight pieces, then bread and fry those parts. In addition to breaded fried chicken, they will have to serve a sauce that matches the recipe. In the final duel, cooks should make a full menu using at least one different cheese at each step. The different cheeses should appear on the plates and form a coherent set within the menu.
