They've struggled with the fast pace of the Chelmsford market while juggling caring for their baby and holding down full-time jobs - and Kirstie has to cope with their very different approaches to house-hunting. Meanwhile, Phil's with Jemma and Graham, who returned from Los Angeles three years ago and want to settle in Southend-on-Sea. The couple live a frugal life, only buying what they need, and over 20 years have saved the ú300k to buy their home.
