The Pilot. When Adam's ex-girlfriend Corri moves back to Holliston, he is devastated to learn that she has a boyfriend (Kevin) who is successful, gorgeous, wealthy, and everything that Adam is not. In an effort to prove to Corri that he too has moved on, Adam follows the horrible advice of his imaginary alien friend Oderus and hires a hooker to pose as his girlfriend on a double date with Corri and Kevin.
