A continuation of the Candy Candy television series. Candy returns to Pony's Home and she meets a girl who has lost her parents and doesn't associate with the other kids. Candy Candy and Terence is the sequel to "Candy Candy - The Movie". It is a film composed of the episodes of the second part of the series, mainly focused on the relationship between its protagonists of the title. It was released for Italian markets only. In this feature, the ending of the story has been cut so as to make it compliant with the wishes of the fans, but in reality it turns out to be distorted compared to the true ending of the series. PLOT: Candy loves Terence who, although he repays her, decides to leave for America to try her luck as an actor. But before the two boys can reunite forever and be happy, they will have to suffer and pass many tests.

Candy Candy movie summarized the classical TV series but with different ending and conclusion (happy ending). There are many important scenes and moments from TV series that got deleted. Also a very sloppy and quick characters introduction were used in this movie, which will confuse a lot of people who have not watch the TV series nor read the manga yet.
