Hey, Yongwang! The weather is getting nicer these days, which has dieting needed. I've been also on a diet, so I'm tired of the repetitive menus easily. So today, I've prepared a different diet menu! I was tired of eating the same things, so I thought it would be great for my content and I tried making some new meals. :) It was even better than I expected! I recommend it to those who are on a diet! Thank you guys. :)

Strawberry lover's strawberry mukbang is here :) I love strawberries so much that I made a strawberry mukbang today. A lot of people freaked out when I ate the strawberry tops in the past. Haha. I was just being lazy then. I usually take them off. It's a hassle, you know? I found out that there are freeze-dried strawberries while doing this mukbang. I tried them for the first time and it was fascinating. Thank you for watching it again today:)

It was a hard trip but I'm so impressed and moved that it came out so good:) Thank you to all those who helped me with the album and music video.

Guys! Finally my 2nd solo album has come out! I'm quite filled with emotions since it came out after 2 years and I had fun to prepare it! haha Of course there have been a lot of ups and downs hahaha I guess I've put all my passion and energy for preparing this album. And since this is an album containing whole of current "me", it feels even more precious to me haha Including the title track "But I", please listen to the all B-side tracks:) Haha Thank you!

This time, the period for the album activities was too long, so it was divided into two parts. The amount is so huge,,, I hope it will be healing to many people as it was fun and cool

I'm finally holding my first concert on June 1st and 2nd! I am so excited, nervous, and grateful. As much as I worked hard to prepare, I want to have the most fun time with many people :) Hehe I have a lot of greed for the stage, so I've always tried a lot of things, including ridiculous(?) things, and I plan to show a lot of different sides of myself at this first concert "COLOURS"! Please join us I would like to give a gift to those who came. After thinking about which one to choose, I thought that the most necessary and realistic one might be what you want, so I prepared it haha. thank you!

It's been a long diet. The first diet of this year! I started to lose weight to prepare for my album and the concert and I was on a diet for about three months. After numerous attempts to lose weight, I think I found my own diet method(?). I usually prefer to take a long time while being on a mild diet instead of being on an extreme diet for a short time LOL So for this one, I also allotted plenty of time to eat enough while working out. (Although that wasn't fun either,,,) Those who are on a diet and those who are trying to maintain their weight, we got this!!! Let's do this!!!

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Na Sun-Uk for willingly joining us. Today!!! I prepared a watermelon hwachae mukbang that is perfect for the hotter weather these days! For the first time in Solar Eats' history, I invited a guest haha. With Sun-Uk, we ate a large amount together for the first time in the history of Solar Eats :) It was so much fun. As expected, Sun-Uk is so shy when the camera goes off, but he is so kind haha. Ten years have already passed. Including my trainee period, it's actually been even longer, but I still can't believe it's been a decade since my debut. With a heart full of excitement, I stepped into this journey and soon realized the challenges of reality. Despite many trials, my fans were always at the center of it all. As soon as I heard the rumor that Kaohsiung has huge bingsu!!! This is it!! So I found it lol Actually, I've never seen it before, so I was wondering how big the mega would be, but as soon as I saw it, I was overwhelmed,,, I've never had bingsu of this size before in my life,,, I ordered mango bingsu and ate it, but it wasn't just overwhelmed by the size, it was the best mango bingsu I've ever had lol Fortunately, there were staff members who went with me, so I couldn't eat it all alone, but I was happy to be with them! It was already a famous restaurant I strongly recommend Kaohsiung Mango Shaved Ice!!!

The shoe inquiry from the last long-term diet video There were so many. This time, I picked out some good items that I actually used and brought them. I'm going to share my standard exercise items! Let's be healthy and pretty together :)

I heard that there is a place in Japan that challenges 100 bowls of soba! I can't help but visit Solarsido, right? It's my first time trying it, too. When I went there, the restaurant itself was focused on challenges. I think it was very fresh and fun. And everyone was trying to eat soba seriously and in a fun way I've tried it too. The soba was more delicious than I thought! It was a fun attempt :)

I love listening to horror stories, so I prepared a horror special this time. Although I enjoy listening to horror, experiencing it firsthand is a different story... But I couldn't resist visiting the infamous Ito Junji Horror House, which I've heard so much about, hehe I've seen many of Ito Junji's works, so I had a rough idea of what to expect. However, it exceeded my expectations... They even allow you to quit halfway... Hope you enjoy the horror special episode :)

I went to Hong Kong for the concert tour! Hong Kong is such a beautiful city with so many things to see and eat. Today, for the first time in my life, I went to a snake restaurant! I heard that in Hong Kong, people eat snake dishes for their health. I was really curious about the taste and appearance, and I had a fun and delicious experience!

2024 Summer Horror Special is back. This time, I brought you mystery cases. My heart ached and I felt upset while watching the cases. There are still so many cases that have not been solved. It is most important that no cases occur, but I sincerely hope that the cases that have not been solved yet are solved quickly.

It's Singapore this time! I went to Singapore after learning about the famous Museum of Ice Cream! I was so curious, and it really was a museum. Experiencing, eating ice cream, experiencing, and eating ice cream :) If you like pink or ice cream, you'll love this place!

After a long time, I went on a trip to Paris with my sister, which I had promised to do a long time ago. I had been there for work before, but this was my first time going on a trip, so it was unfamiliar, but it was a very fun and happy trip. My sister knew a lot about the places, and she even planned for the trip with Excel lol, so we finished the trip without any problems and came back safely :)

I scratched 100 lottery tickets for Chusoek. I scratched 200 the last time, and to be honest, it turned out quite well. I scratched the tickets with a bit of hope this time. I tried to scratch with a variety of tools since it was ASMR, but I personally thought the 500 won coin brought me the best luck. While I was scratching, I thought, "Let's be diligent."

Since there are many vegetables and rice, it's a very healthy diet. Today, I made poke myself and ate it. It was really hard to make one, since I've always bought them... The certified vegetables and meat were really fresh and delicious. Let's take care of our body and go on a diet with poke!!!

Today, I tried the currently trending Teenieping guessing challenge. I remember last time I did this with the baby and Heartsping... it felt like we grew further apart, lol. I thought of it as a little practice to get closer this time, haha. But honestly, it was really hard for me. Still, lol, it was fun!

Hello :) Today, I experienced a café in Macau! After hearing about it's theme being "Alice in Wonderland", I just thought, "is that so~" but wow... this café was very dedicated to its concept. Every single cup, every single food, all the details really made me feel like I was in a fairytale. It was my first time seeing such a unique café, so everything was just fascinating hahaha There are magic shows in between, and you can meet the real Alice!!! It was a very amusing and fun experience heh

Today, I visited Madrid for a performance, so I filmed it on the plane. Many people were curious about what I do on the plane. haha No matter what I do on the plane, time doesn't seem to pass quickly. Lol But I always try to spend my time meaningfully; Please watch it with interest:)

After a long time, I'm back with a Solar Gamsung album! This Solar Gamsung is a remake of Lee Jang-hee's "I Will Give Everything to You" and Hikaru Utada's "First Love". The title song "First Love" is a song I've loved and sang since I was a kid. I'm honored to be able to remake it this time! I had a lot of concerns about how I could express the song "I Will Give Everything to You", which is already a masterpiece, but I'm so happy and proud that this Solar Gamsung album turned out so well. Haha To commemorate the release of this Solar Gamsung, I tried to guess AI Solar. haha It's such a big issue that they even do it on TV these days. lol I was really curious, but it was really fun and interesting to try it. haha

I sang a song today! Actually, I can't play the ukulele at all, but I practiced playing it while preparing this cover. I still have a long way to go. Please enjoy the song!

I have what a lot of you asked for!!! I received a lot of requests to film a video with Yongki. I really wanted to do make a video of her but I didn't know what I should film, and every time I turn the camera on, Yongki would turn into a rock, so it wasn't easy. It was fun to watch the chemistry between Yongki and Yongdoong. Yongki is almost parenting Yongdoong. I did my best, so please enjoy :)

안녕하세요:) 오늘은 용키와 함께 울산 여행을 다녀왔어요! 본 영상은 “울산시” 유료 광고가 포함되어 있습니다. 오랜만에 용키와 함께 울산 여행을 다녀왔어요! 요즘엔 강아지랑 많은 곳을 다닐 수 있어서 너무 좋은 것 같아요. 하지만,,, 아직도 자유롭지 못한 곳들이 꽤 있어서 가끔 속상하기도 하지만,,, 이번에 울산 여행은 만족도 최고였어요 ㅎㅎ 저도 여행하면서 느꼈는데 울산이 반려 친화도시여서 저처럼 강아지랑 여행할 때 너무 편하고 좋더라고요. 스케줄도 기가 막히게 잘 짜서 ㅎㅎ 너무 알차게 다녀왔어요! 닭백숙도 너무 맛있었고 ㅎ 마지막 숙소에서는 ,, 용키가 정말 좋았나 봐요 ,, 집에 들어갈 생각을 안 해서; 정말 한 시간은 더 놀다가 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ들어간 것 같아요 ㅎㅎ 용키가 행복했다면 그걸로 만족합니다:)

흔쾌히 촬영을 허락해 주신 붕어빵 사장님께 다시 한번 감사드립니다. 제가 정말 오랫동안 생각해오던 솔라시도 영상이 드디어 나왔습니다!!! 붕어빵 장사를 정말 해보고 싶었어요. 붕어빵 타이쿤을 정말 재미있게 했고 붕어빵도 너무 좋아하고 ㅎㅎ 실제 붕어빵 만들고 파는 일은 어떨까?라는 막연한 생각으로부터 시작하여 진짜로 ㅎㅎ 일일 장사를 하게 되었습니다. 물론 저는 사장님에게 숟가락만 얹어서 ㅋㅋㅋ 가긴 했지만 저에게 정말 즐거운 추억이 되었어요. 그리고 이렇게 붕어빵 장사를 하시는 분들이 대단하다는 것을 다시 한번 느꼈습니다 근데 ,,, 5개 천원 너무해 ㅠㅠ 사장님 절대 지켜ㅠ

사실 저는 불닭볶음면을 이번에 처음 먹어보았습니다. 왜 이렇게 인기가 많은지 이제 알았어요 ㅎㅎ 매운데 자꾸 끌리는,,, 너무나 맛있게 잘 먹었습니다!

오늘은 제가 집에 100년 술처럼 ㅋㅋㅋ 묵혀둔 향수부터 신상 향수까지 ㅎㅎ 한 번 들고 와보았습니다 주변에서 향수가 뭐냐고 가끔 물어볼 때가 있는데 확실히 어떤 향수냐에 따라 분위기도 다르고 저의 마음가짐도 달라지더라고요. 그만큼 향수라는 것은 꽤 중요한 포인트인 것 같아요. 저는 사실 향수라고 하면 그냥 좋은 향이면 좋지 뭐 이렇게 단순하게 생각하는 사람이다 보니 ㅋㅋㅋ 잘은 모릅니다 아주 주관적인 향수소개를 해보도록 하겠습니다:) 재밌게 봐주세요

작년에, 저의 키링가방에 sns에서 많은 분들의 경악(?)을 금치 못했었던 일이 있었는데요. 언제 한 번 이야기를 드려야지~했는데 그게 오늘이 되었네요. 하나 둘 팬분들의 사랑으로 달던 키링이 이렇게 잊는 가방의 형태를 알 기 어려울정도로 ㅋㅋㅋ커져버렸습니다. 그만큼 많은 사랑을 주신거죠 ㅎㅎ 그래서 볼 때마다 뿌듯하기도 하고 ㅎㅎ 좋아요. 근데 가끔 지나가며 보시는 분들은 조금 많이 놀라시더라구요;;; 그럴 수 있어요. 오늘도 가방을 보며 행복합니다^^

따뜻한 한 끼 준비해 주신 어머님, 아버님, 이모님, 그리고 매니저님께 감사드립니다. 저희 매니저님께서 사천 사람인데요. 마침 사천에 촬영이 있어서 가게 되었는데, 저녁에 매니저님 어머님께서 너무 맛있는 밥 한 끼를 준비해 주셨어요! 모든 반찬들이 직접 기르신 유기농이었는데 ,, 항상 밀키트나 배달음식 위주의 음식들만 먹다가 유기농을 먹으니까 너무 좋더라고요 ㅎㅎ 정말 맛있게 먹었습니다! 감사합니다!

광저우에서 미슐랭 받은 비둘기요리 맛집이 있다고 해서 다녀 왔는데요! ㅎㅎ 도대체 얼마나 맛있나ㅋㅋㅋ 했는데, 처음에 비주얼보고 놀랐어요; 근데 정말!!! 너무 맛있어서 깜놀… 광저우에서 너무나 잘 먹었습니다!!!

이번에 제가 처음 중문으로 앨범을 발표하게 되었습니다 ㅎㅎ 어머 어머,,, 심지어 9m88 님과 함께 콜라보 하게 되었는데요. 너무나 영광스럽고 감사합니다 그래서! 이번에 제가 한국 음식 몇 가지를 소개해 드리려고 준비해 보았는데요… 왠지 망한 것 같아요… ㅠㅠ 저도 너무 낯가리고 어색하고 어렵고 하다 보니 말도 제대로 안나오고..ㅠㅠ 다음번에 정말 더 맛있고 더 좋은 거 추천해 드릴게요 9m88 님은 역시나 저의 뚱땅뚱땅 소개에도 너무 센스 있게 또 너무 착하게 받아주셔서 그저 감사할 뿐이었습니다 ㅠ 감사합니다!!!

오랜만에 야시장 투어하고 왔습니다 ㅎㅎ 요즘 또 한창 중국어도 배우고 있다 보니 뭔가 굉장히 새롭더라고요. 전에는 못 봤던 새로운 것들이 더 많이 보인다고 해야 하나… 그리고 많은 지파이를 먹어봤지만 ㅎㅎ 역시 갓 구운 지파이가 최고였어요. 진짜 인생지파이 찾았습니다!!! 비록 제가 가려고 했던 코스들이 … 문을 닫아서 못 간 곳도 있어 아쉬웠지만 그래도 그 덕에 새로운 것들을 많이 발견하고 체험했어요 ㅎㅎ 진짜 유명한 후추 빵은 ㅋㅋㅋ 너무 기대했던 탓인지 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 저는 지파이만 생각나더라고요 :)

마마무가 벌써 11살이 되었어요 ㅎㅎ 이렇게 오랫동안 많은 무무들의 관심과 사랑이 없었다면 마마무는 없었을 거예요. 항상 감사하게 생각하며 올해도 행복하게 보내보려고 영상을 준비했어요. 멤버들 모두 각자의 삶을 위해, 각자의 꿈을 위해 열심히 살아가고 있는데 저의 전화에 흔쾌히 응해줘서 너무 고맙다는 이야기 꼭 하고 싶어요 이번에 통화하면서 웃음이 끊이지 않는 마마무를 보면서 저도 많은 걸 느꼈어요 ㅎㅎ 매일 연락하진 못해도 언제 봐도 서로 통하는 뭔가가 있더라고요 ᄒ그게 말로 설명하긴 어렵지만,, 아무튼 그랬답니다 :)
