This months mobile gaming comes in the shape of Valis and let me tell you that it's miles better than your average mobile platformer. Also featured on the show is Berserk for the Dreamcast, Batman Returns for the SFC, Double Dragon on the Master System, Ridge Racer 4 on the PSX, Dead or Alive for Saturn, Arcade Sexy Parodius, Twinkle Star Sprites for the Neo Geo and Virtua Racing Deluxe on the 32X. This month we've started "Game of the Month" feature which will be the main game of the show with extended footage while all other games will be between 3 and 6 minutes long. NOTE: There is an error in volume 26 during the introduction to Lupin III on the Sega Saturn whereby I give a run down of what will be featured in Volume 26. Originally this was meant to be the opening game for the show but was later replaced by Densha De Go 2. Unfortunately the voice over had already been recorded on to the Lupin III video so it was too late to change it.
In volume 26 Retro Core goes back to the good old Sega Vs Nintendo days with a Mega Drive Aladdin Vs Super Famicom Aladdin comparison. As well as that we take a look at the Dreamcast Densha De Go controller, more Japanese game adds plus the following games.

It was time to put on that long overcoat again as I did some undercover filming in what can only be described as an Otaku's paradise. This shop covers everything from character models to games. Happy New Year to all Retro Core viewer ! We kick off this brand new year with a brand new download resolution! Yes, the download version is now much better quality thanks to the new resolution settings. Of course the DVD version blows it away but still, it's a great improvement of the original. This all comes at a price though which is and extra 90MB or so added to the file size. Still, 376 MB for almost 1 and a half hours of footage it pretty good.
This month we take a look at the Virtual Console on the Nintendo Wii as well as the usual selection of Japanese game adds and the following games....

The time has come although I wish it hadn't. Retro Core Volume 32 is the final Retro Core for the foreseeable future. I just no longer have the time to produce the show anymore now that I've become a father. Still, it's been a great 3 years and within that Time Retro Core has covered over 390 games.
In the final volume of Retro Core we take a look at the PC Engine and it's games. There are many PC Engine games that are also featured on the Mega Drive. Retro Core compare 4 of them side by side as well as taking a look at some of my personal favorite PC Engine games from my small collection.
