On that remarkable day, there was no more amazing, inspiring and alarming event than the announcement of the beginning of the filming of the series about the witcher Geralt by streaming giant Netflix. The authors promised close cooperation with the writer Andrzej Sapkowski, large-scale shooting, Hollywood stars participation in the project, serious budget and, most importantly, loyalty to the books. We were looking forward to it. We were brushing off suspicious news, muttering condescendingly about the trailers, giggling graciously at the pictures of armor allegedly dressed on a distant crowd. We're hoped. And we finally got it...!

Remember the year 2019? The one that seemed so shitty at the time, was surprisingly rich in movies with acute social themes. They suddenly gained popularity, were widely distributed, won prestigious awards. I mean, what can we talk about if they got a whole bag of Oscars? One of these pictures was South Korean "Parasite". And we, for some reason, just couldn't get past it...

There is no sadder story in the world than the story of... of a rat pack tearing apart an artwork created by the hand of masters. So, the latest trilogy is over. The last film was released. It would seem that the end of plagiarism, self-copying, stupidity, mediocrity, complete lack of talent and ability to write has come. But where is it going? And that's one of two things. Either the series dies, or the fools in management will realize that such a historically important cultural object needs careful care. Searching for pen masters, camera masters and directors. In the meantime, the shameful ninth episode is in our sights. The bastard of the trilogy that killed the universe that we care so much about. All that remains is hope for a miracle... and righteous anger!

From superheroes and crime stories to social drama. From a mad clown burning off the streets of Gotham for lulz and for the sake of Satan to a wounded madman driven by the weight of suffering, pain and problems. From comic books... to realism.
