Abdi has been homeless for 16 years. Homelessness has done that he lost self-esteem and he is suffering from severe anxiety and strong memories that plague him. When Anders offers Abdi a place in the settlers he thanks yes immediately.

Anders, 53, has spent most of his life in prison and homeless. Now he's going with Anders Öfvergård build his first real home, but the question is whether it is possible to switch to a normal life after so many years of homelessness and addiction?

Anders Öfvergård helps Anna, 22, who after a tough life as a homeless began with heroin to cope. She got her a dirty injection and when the paramedics found her she hovered between life and death. Now Anna wants to start a new life.

Dennis, 29, come to the small wing to work with Anders Öfvergård. Dennis has been using drugs since he was 13. He has taken many overdoses and has been close to death many times. His dream is to become drug free and able to care for their children.

Anders Öfvergård meets Mike who has been a successful entrepreneur with many employees and engaged in volunteer work in their community Sigtuna. What no one knew was that he was at the same time, since the early 90's, lived a double life as a heavy drug addict.

Anders Öfvergård möter Bella, 21, som ser ut som en vanlig tjej men levt ett hårt liv som hemlös sedan 13-årsåldern. Bella drömmer om jobb och eget hem men åren på gatan har satt sina spår och det blir tufft att förmå Bella att bygga med gänget.

Anders Öfvergård möter Jim, 30, som har varit hemlös många år. Jim hamnade i en spiral av droger och våld och har varit med om flera händelser som fortfarande plågar honom svårt. Jim längtar efter ett tryggt och stabilt liv med familj, barn och hund.
