Reporter Batlet Milanzi introduces Oki-gusuri, a unique medicine system of Japan where people "use now, pay later." In order to dig deeper into the folklore and the birthplace of Oki-gusuri, she visits Toyama Prefecture. Subsequently, Milanzi introduces a novel initiative taken by a young Japanese pharmacist who has rolled out the system of Oki-gusuri in Milanzi's home country Tanzania, and how it has already started affecting the lives of people living in villages in Tanzania.

The story of a faithful Akita-inu "Hachi" is well-known in Japan. While in Russia, there is a similar story called "White Bim Black Ear." Russian reporter Anastasia Monakova got interested in the similarity of the 2 stories and she visited Odate City, the hometown of Akita-inu. People still remember that President Putin and a gold medal figure skater Alina Zagitova were presented with them. In the program, she visited a place where visitors can meet Akita-inu. Finally, she visited one of their breeders.
