Chi and Come-Come are practicing how to tip-toe in order to catch their preys, when they find Bear Cat taking a walk. They try to follow him without him noticing. Bear Cat is the leader of all cats in the neighborhood. But, Chi and Come-Come find out for the first time that, him being big and wise is not why he is considered the leader. It is because he protects the kittens with a big heart.

Chi leaves the Yamada residence that felt all “cold” and joins Come-Come to go on a walk under the moonlight. The two sleep together, all squished inside Come-Come’s little cardboard box. After talking to Come-Come, Chi decides to head back home, to make the house feel nice and warm again. She goes straight back to home sweet home, back to where the Yamada family lives.
