The flight takes them from Berlin via Istanbul to Bishkek. Shortly after the start of their bike packing adventure across Kyrgyzstan, Alex has his first breakdown. After a quick pit stop and some humorous discussions about principles, progress is slow—at 39 degrees Celsius.

After a short drive through the darkness, Fritz, Alex, and Max spend their first night in a tent. On day 2, the three are traveling in a very remote region—without supplies. Fritz asks a group of off-road travelers for a small donation...

After a nighttime thunderstorm, Fritz struggles with altitude sickness. Eventually, they finally reach the Kegety Pass at approx. 3,800 m. The route down is challenging due to a landslide. 70 km before the next major town, Fritz has a flat tire and Max's crank thread breaks, causing the pedals to fly off.

After fixing their bike problems, Fritz, Alex, and Max ride a short distance along the highway in the rain. After a short night, they continue on their way. Their next destination is a huge mountain lake with a small yurt camp.

On day 5, there are more meters of elevation to conquer. Fritz, Alex, and Max battle their way past expedition vehicles up to the pass. From there, they descend into a wide open landscape to a lake. The next morning, the three drive through picturesque valleys and countless switchbacks. In the evening, the time has finally come: the big cleanup operation in the mountain river is about to begin.

Friz, Alex, and Max reach the small town of Naryn, another stop on their 750 km bike packing adventure across Kyrgyzstan. They replenish their supplies and then set off on a section that is extremely remote—200 km without a supermarket or kiosk, past stunning mountain panoramas, wild horses, and through lonely gorges...

The next morning, we continue through the long, lonely valley towards the pass. The landscape is barren but beautiful. A plate of pasta gives us new energy, allowing Fritz, Alex, and Max to tackle the countless small water crossings...
