Uncharted Waters with Peter Miller

Peter fishes in his own backyard, Miami, in search of sailfish, Mahi, black belly rose fish and pacu. Sight Fishing for sailfish in 30 feet of water with good friend JC Cleary, proved successful. Afterwards he takes a wake surfing lesson and lastly, he catches his very first Pacu with his friend Zac Catchem.

Peter Travels to Guatemala’s Pacific Fins resort for a 3 day billfish tournament called the 6th Annual Guatemalan Billfish Invitational. He and his team try to stay focused on day 1, in hopes of bringing home the 1st place trophy. Along the way they catch over 40 sailfish and Mahi and prepare Mahi ceviche while on the boat.

Peter Travels to Guatemala’s Pacific Fins resort for a 3 day billfish tournament, the 6th Annual Guatemalan Billfish Invitational. Along the way they catch over 40 sailfish and attend the tournament banquet at Pacific Fins where they tally up the scores from all of the competitors to see who comes out on top.

Peter attends a memorial at sea, in memory of his good friend and Captain, Joe Gonzalez. He will recant and share their many fishing experiences together, in which Joe taught Peter how to locate, target and catch big permit, bonefish, tarpon. After the memorial service, Peter takes his wife Alessia out for a sailfish in memory of Joe. The entire flats fishing community got together for a very emotional goodbye to one of the best there ever was…Captain Joe Gonzalez
