The Florida Keys are one of the best places to sight fish for some of the elusive flats species such as tarpon, bonefish and permit. Will Benson takes Jose in search of those sought-after species with a fly rod.

They started in Key West harbor with big tarpon, but now take the new Terez rods out fishing the open ocean where a phenomenon called the color change lines up an edge that big sailfish travel along.

The Spanish Fly crew heads north to the nutrient rich waters of Massachusetts, where billions of shrimp and baitfish draw tons of big ferocious striped bass. The mission is simple: hunt the birds, find the action, and get right in the middle of the feed for over the top action!

Catching 200+lbs fish on a spinning rod seems a bit far fetched, but Terry Nugent and Jeff Brodeur from Sandwich, MA have been catching bluefin tuna of that size regularly. Even more impressive is the fact that this fishery is all sight fishing, casting to feeding fish on the surface with top water lures. Incredible visual action chasing birds, bait, and tuna!

Jose Wejebe and IGFA artist and photographer Adrian Gray set out to capture a scene on the beautiful flats of the Florida Keys when unexpected high winds call for a change in plan. Off the water, Jose offers Adrian a new perspective for his art when they hop in the plane for the colorful aerial experience of the Florida Keys.
