Amanda Cohen, chef of the much talked about NY restaurant ‘Dirt Candy’ introduces Sara to a fantastic new tool, called a spiralizer which Amanda uses to cut up zucchini for her Zucchini Pasta with Garlicky Yogurt Sauce.
