Um die Anlage optisch aufzuwerten, konstruieren die „Redwood Kings“ auf dem Gelände eine Mine mit Schacht und Wasserturm – denn davon gab es im „Golden State“ früher sehr viele. Bei dem Projekt kommt Kiefernholz zum Einsatz. Doch offenbar wurden die Stämme zuvor nicht lange genug gelagert, denn das Baumaterial ist voller Harz.
