She has a friend, Saskia Devriese, who was raped on a campus ten years ago. She thinks both cases have the same perpetrator. Yolande De Letter, the inspector of a school-evaluation team, is murdered at home. At first it looks like a robbery gone wrong, but Annelies Donckers thinks there is more to it. Jasper and she discover that director Herman Symens of the school Sint Lutgardis who was inspected might have a motive. The school was on the brink of getting a bad report. But also her husband Marc is a possible perpetrator. They were heading for a divorce and financially he would have suffered a lot.
