Commissioner Navarro’s daughter, Yolande, pleads her first trial. The commissioner’s daughter wins hands down. His client is exonerated despite Lieutenant Garrel’s relentlessness. Happy with her accomplishment, she left the Palace for the study of Master Rossi, her boss, where her colleagues reserved a small party for her. Rossi asked him to defend Arno Loffeur, the adopted son of Maxime Chassignol, a famous restaurateur. Yolande finds her mother who was sick and who will die 3 months later.
