Chad and Chase Valencia, the brothers behind LA Chinatown's LASA, a modern Filipino-American restaurant, cook food inspired by their childhood and their experience of growing up in California. Whether it's taking a classic dish like sinigang, a traditional Filipino stew, and swapping out the tamarind for rhubarb, the dishes at LASA honor the tradition of Filipino cuisine while embracing new techniques and approaches.

At 24 years old, Pierre Touitou is one of the youngest and most talented chefs of the new generation in Paris. In his tiny restaurant Vivant, his food is directly inspired by his time spent in Japan and the seasonal produce of France. We follow Pierre and his friends on a natural-wine-fueled night out in Paris.
They visit some of their favorite restaurants and friends at Le Clown Bar, Dame Jane, and Bénichat et le Petite Amour. The night ends back at Vivant with a late night snack—a play on a Vietnamese summer roll with pork belly.

David and Anna Posey, the husband and wife team behind Chicago's Elske not only know how to make good food, but they know where to go to eat (lots of) it too. From high-end bar food at The Loyalist, to Mexican inspired dishes at Todos Santos, cocktails at Estereo, and bone-in pork sandwiches at Jim's Original, David, Anna, and their friends go on a marathon night of eating in the Windy City. They come across great mezcal cocktails along the way, fueling them up for a late night meal of pizza and chicken wings with secret Friggin' Valley ranch (it’s just Hidden Valley). With a surplus of good friends and good food, it's clear that it's no coincidence that elske is Danish for love.
