Ed and Zed!

You'll be meeting 'Ed the Eminent Expert' who will invite you to solve a mystery with him, and pay a visit to Ed's Electric Kinema to see an excerpt from The Wizard of Oz. And of course, you'll meet Zed, specially hired to assist Ed to run the show smoothly - at least, that's the intention - but Zed has other ideas! With special guests White Plains

Ed and Zed return with their second programme and bring with them another mystery adventure with 'Ed the Eminent Expert', another excerpt from The Wizard of Oz and some exciting music from Hot Chocolate. And, of course, Zed - the rebel robot - is up to his usual tricks - !

Let battle commence! Ed and Zed return with another 'sparring-to-see-who's-starring' match! And with them come another 'Ed The Eminent Expert' mystery, that 'Jumpin' Jehosophat' group, Mud, and a chance to join Judy Garland and friends along the Yellow Brick Road in The Wizard of Oz.

That mixed-up robot ZED, and his humanoid master Ed Stewart, return with another EdandZed! show. There's the usual 'Ed the Eminent Expert' mystery, the last episode of The Wizard of Oz, and some super music from that popular group Sounds Incorporated. And of course, ZED socks it to you with some more jokes from his Family Funbook!

After introducing his cousin Bertie Boom to the viewing millions last week, Zed the Rebel Robot has decided today to let you meet another of his studio relations - Uncle Cuthbert Camera. Of course, there'll be the usual mystery story, an excerpt from a new Walt Disney film It's Tough to be a Bird, and some music from Wishful Thinking.

'I'm wasted on a show like this - Sowing for a Gong or Omnitram are where I belong.' So says Zed, the Rebel Robot who tries to bring a spot of culture - as well as a few jokes from his Family Funbook - to this week's Ed and Zed! There's also the usual mystery story, an excerpt from Walt Disney's Pinocchio, and some super songs from that hit-making group Vanity Fare.

"Oh kid, to think one day you might go into your Electric Kinema and see me on the silver screen!" So says Zed, the Rebel Robot, who this week has been firmly bitten by the show-business bug. Luckily, Ed Stewart is there to keep him in check and to introduce some music from Gulliver's People and an excerpt from Walt Disney's Alice in Wonderland.

Ed has decided that it's 'Be Nice to Zed' week and just the thought of it is enough to send the rebel robot haywire. In between getting his computer tapes in a twist, Zed manages (with Ed's help!) to introduce an excerpt from Walt Disney's latest film The Aristocats and The Freshmen, one of Ireland's top groups.

As this is the last programme in the series, Ed has decided to let Zed run it his own way. Frankly, anything could happen - and probably will! The only certainty is that there will be an excerpt from Disney's Fantasia and some chart-topping music from Peter Noone and Herman's Hermits.
