Before Rob and Sean even walk into the doors of Coast Mountain Bus which is the company operating the public transit buses in Greater Vancouver, the boys, in learning how to be public transit bus drivers, must first obtain their class 2 drivers license, which isn't as easy as they would like. Once at Coast Mountain, they learn that inherent customer skills are more important than inherent driving skills as their trainers believe anyone can learn how to drive a conventional forty foot bus.
