A Nordic military helicopter crew finds an iceberg floating in the sea, which breaks apart and frees the evil Dynosaurs from their icy prison. Now the Abarangers have to stop their rampage, while also fighting Evoliens and Abare White.

The crossover film between Bakuryuu Sentai Abaranger and Ninpuu Sentai Hurricaneger. After hijacking the Hurricaneger's mechs; Wendinu and Furabijo, who survived their supposed deaths, unleash an ancient Jakanja warrior infused with Dino Guts known as Janil Iga. Iga allies himself with the Evolian to take over Earth and destroy the Abarangers, it's up to both them and the Hurricaneger to stop the newest threat by combining their forces in a way never seen before!

20 years after their battle with the Evolians had ended, a new threat appears to threaten the long-lasting peace Ryoga and the other Abarangers have enjoyed. For the first time in a long while, they transform to fight but the public seems to think their actions are barbaric acts of destruction. In the Reiwa Era, is the justice they once fought for now considered an outdated style of heroism?
