We spent the weekend in Lincolnshire in February 2017, recording a test pilot video to see how it would come out. This is how it came out! We start in Lincoln, where by the level crossing, a new footbridge has been put in place for pedestrians, and we track down the old Lincoln St Marks station ...

It’s day four - Wednesday 7th May - and Geoff and Vicki tackle fiddly Feniton, accidentally spend an hour more than they planned in Westbury, and visit a little piece of London in deepest Wiltshire. Lympstone Commando station is a special stop that you're only allowed to use if you have business at the military base. There is a gate on the platform with a keycode and a guard, regular people are not allowed to alight there!

It's Thursday 11th May 2017, with disused railways that run into the sea, some route management, a rare sighting of a luggage extender and some much overdue tea count clarification. All this (and more) in the latest episode of All The Stations.

Monday 15th May 2017 is a rainy day, with a forgotten camera battery, a travel companion, a visit to long lost station and a truly excellent seagull.

To Kent on Wednesday May 17th. Will Geoff and Vicki do 'A Westbury' at Ashford International? Is there a toilet on the train? Is Paddock Wood just fields? How many stations have a platform 0? Which station does the prime meridian run through? Why is Rochester Castle special? Only one way to find out ...

It's Thursday 18th May and Geoff and Vicki venture out again to complete the rest of the Kent stations. There's a castle in Dover, we find out what noise Javelin trains make, a brilliant level crossing, and for the first time on the trip, the weather is not the best ...

It's Monday 22nd of May, and for the start of the week, Vicki & Geoff cover the south suburban area of London on a hot sunny day, discovering that Epsom Down isn't the nearest station for Epsom Downs, that you can sometimes sit in 1st Class on a Standard Class ticket, and oh ... there's a small problem at Leatherhead.

It's Tuesday 23rd May, and Vicki and Geoff forget to change trains and go wrong! But do discover where London's first ever railway - and terminus - used to be.

It's Wednesday 24th May and it's a day out on South West Trains! The plan was to visit Hampton Court along the way, but instead found ourselves in Windsor instead ... Thanks to Richard for giving us a lift between Windsor and Bracknell, and Staines to Shepperton!

It's Sunday 21st May, and we're out to really to do just one station today, but it's an important one - the only day Geoff and Vicki can get a train to Manchester United Football Ground this summer. Plus a bonus interview with Richard Evans, a Southeastern driver (even though, the interview was done on a Southern train!) This video was originally intended to be published last week, but due to the terrible events at Manchester Arena on the Monday the day after we were there, we delayed its publishing.

It's Thursday 25th May, and In London, it's time to take a circuit of the London Overground - as these stations have to be done (but the Underground/Tube does not!). Might it just be Geoff's favourite railway company? And Vicki gets up close with some wildlife in a nearby park. Up to Aylesbury for a quick chat with Steve, on through a least used station, confirmation of a Tesco followed by a whistle-stop tour of Oxford. Then an easy ride back to London, right?

It's Wed 31st May, and Geoff & Vicki venture into Essex, where they find an old MOD branch line, a special train that runs out to sea… and Geoff has to resist the urge to catch a tube train ...

It's Thursday 1st June, an we head out from London Liverpool Sreet to the end of many branch lines by the coast in Esses and Suffolk! It's a sunny day, some gorfeous views from beaches - and perhaps Britain's longest platform too?

It's Saturday 3rd June 2017, and we start the day by having more people get on a train at Shippea Hill that did in the whole of the 2015/16 period! There's also a low bridge at Ely, a missed connection at Peterborough, and several awkward stations ticked off between Cambridge and Ipswich With thanks to Martin Clitheroe for the drone footage.

It's Tuesday 6th June, and bad weather causes grey skies, plenty of rain, and a cancelled train. But Geoff & Vicki battle on to find a dead king, Nottingham's trams, and the lights of Skegvegas. Oh, and did we mention the rain too?

It's Wednesday 7th June, and we start at the least used station in Lincolnshire, and finish on the line to Matlock. Along the way we take a ride on a cablecar, and see Peak Rail - a heritage line. And then, we get to re-create some artwork of a famous Oasis recording ...

No tea, shortly followed by getting on the wrong train. Is there a connection between these two things? Back on track at Worksop, and time for some light reading followed by a ride on brand new Pacer. Just time for a visit at another brand new station before pushing on to Peartree.

Its Friday 9th June and we're still in Derbyshire, but heading back to Lincolnshire this time talking to Karen about her local services, we chat to Peter - a dispatcher at Birmingham New Street - and bump into Bob on the train back to Lincoln. Oh, and Vicky explores Hinckley ...

It's Tuesday 13th June, and before we head out onto the trains at Euston, we talk to the Chairman of Network Rail - Sir Peter Hendy! Then it's just Watford, Bletchley, Bedford, St Albans, Northampton and Birmingham to fit in - easy, along the way we find the voice of the new Class 700 Thameslink trains, and the lovely people from the Marston Vale Community Rail Partnership, who have a very special surprise for us!

It's the 14th June, and we're on the first of a few days in Birmingham into the sunny Midland shires, where we discover an unusual little train, visit a chocolate-box village, and talk to a London Midland conductor ...

It's thr 15th June, and to start the day Vicki & Vicki take a trip to Stratford Upon Avon, leaving Geoff to catch them up for some semi-awkward stations on the way to Leamington Spa. Then it's on Solihull, Coventry and Nuneaton, with an hour to kill in Warwick. If *only* there was something interesting to see in Warwick ...

It's Friday 16th June, and we start the day by getting the once-a-day only service from Polesworth - but who catches this train? Shrewsbury is pretty, and we chat to a passenger with accessibility needs, and discover a brilliant community artwork installation at Smethwick, Birmingham.

It's Monday 19th June, and All The Stations head out west from Paddington to do all the stations in the Thames Valley area. They've got a lift from Dan which helps, a ride too in some self driving cars at Heathrow, except that due to it being the hottest day of the year, and a pigeon that explodes, it all goes a bit wrong ...

It's Tuesday 20th June, and on another hot day in England, we catch up on the Bicester VIllage branch, and then get the one-a-day "Finstock Flyer", take a walk through the countryside to get to Combe station, and then head west to Great Malvern and Hereford, except that things once again did not run smoothly ...

It's the 21st June , and after having a couple of days on the trains where things go wrong, it's got to be third time lucky ... right? We also meet a ma who designs stations for a living, and take a ride on a transporter brdge in Newport. It's our most MAXIMUM VIDEO of the series so far!

It's the 22nd June, and we're starting in Bristol again catching up with some of the few remaining stations in the area, including Pewsey which gets a limited service. Oh! And there appears to be a second camera following us around for the morning .. it's the BBC!

It's Tuesday 27th June, and we're on the Cardiff Valley lines, where Vicki's welsh is improving, and it turns out that everyone we seems to meet in Wales is just super friendly. We find the shortest distance between two stations, eat some ice-cream, and then pop into the headquarters for Arriva Trains Wales to see their social media team in action.

It's the 28th June, we're in Wales, heading west! To Fishguard, and Pembrokeshire. We just wish the weather was a little better...

It's the 29th June, and we make it to the ❤ Of Wales line! Which we've been looking forward to since the start of the trip, surely one of Britain's most scenic railways? We stop at the least used station in Wales, go over a gorgeous viaduct, meet some local volunteers who tend to their local station and catch with an author who knows a thing or two about travelling on the rails themselves. Vicki's Welsh is slowly improving day by day too, Geoff's less so.

It's the 30th June, and having come up the Heart of Wales line yesterday, we now head into west Wales, to Dovey Junction, Aberystwyth, drop into the Vale Of Rhjeidol Railway, and then up the line across the amazing Barmouth Bridge ...

It's the 1st July, and we're still in Wales ... ! And our day starts with a trip on the brilliant Ffestiniog Railway, and it links us between Porthmadog and Blaenau Ffestiniog before carrying to Holyhead, oh and some place too called St Mary's Church in the Hollow of the White Hazel Near to the Rapid Whirlpool of Llantysilio of the Red Cave

It's Tuesday 11th July, it's Day 66, and we've hit the north! Manchester, Liverpool, and all the places around, there's loads of stations to do here, so let's get on with it and do them!

It's the 12th July, and we're hitting Merseyrail for the first time starting at West Kirby, hitting another milestone, and then through the delightful Port Sunlight, to an awkward station with just four trains a day

IT'S THE 13TH OF JULY, AND WE'RE ON THE TRAIL OF THE LIVERPOOL TO MANCHESTER RAILWAY, DISCOVER THAT WIGANS TWO STATIONS ARE VERY CLOSE TO EACH OTHER (AND WIGAN HAS A PIER TOO) BEFORE COMING BACK ROUND TO MANCHESTER AGAIN

It's Friday 14th July and we start our day catching the most awkward train on the network! It's the once-a-week Friday only train, and we got on it at Reddish South

It's the 15th July, and we're starting at Leeds to catch the only train of the day that goes to Haysham Port, to meet up with the Isle of Man boat. We also meet Ian the 'Selfie King', and have a Brief Encounter at Carnforth station too

It's the 27th July and we venture out of Liverpool and into glorious rural Merseyside and beyond. They encounter the Parbold pong… stress at Westhoughton… and the touching tale of unrequited trains at Kirkby.

It's the 18th of July, and we start in Blackpool and travel around Lancashire, calling at Clitheroe, Colne, and beyond

It's 19th July, and we start at limited-service station Ardwick, pick up some fresh water and find a beautiful walk between two station in Derbyshire

It's the 25th of July, and we've got to get from Manchester over to Yorkshire, via Bradford, Leeds and a few other places inbetween. Vicki hands out some chocolates on the train, just don't leave the wrappers behind, because someone will have to clear the them up. Oh and Geoff's got a cold

It's 26th July, and as we roam around wonderful Yorkshire, we discover a new children's TV programme, chat to the Virgin trains designer, forget to look at something important in Scarborough, get a little bit rained on, and oh - knock out seven very awkward stations!

It's the 27th July, and it's a rainy day but Geoff & Vicki don't care - because today they're on one of the finest train journeys in the world - the Settle & Carlisle Railway. The route takes them over hill and under dale, including the highest station in England, and the magnificent Ribblehead Viaduct.

It's the 28th July, and we head up the Cumbrian Coast line, right on the edge by the sea and set out to ride on a classic Class 37 locomotive

Starting at Middlesbrough, Geoff and Vicki visit one-train-a-day Redcar British Steel, before skirting the coast from Saltburn to Whitby, where they follow in Harry Potter's footsteps and pick up the pretty North York Moors heritage railway.

It's the 2nd August and we start our day in Thirsk, head up through Sunderland and Newcastle and catch a train to the very awkward station that is Chathill

It's the 4th of August and basing ourselves in Edinburgh we head north to pick up an awkward station, hear our first bagpipes, have a problem with a train delay and we divert and then go round the Circle Line. No, not THAT Circle Line

It's 7th August, and we're leaving Edinburgh and heading west to do a whole week on the suburban network of Glasgow, making sure we pick up the awkward station that is Briech along the way

It's 8th August, and it's our suburban Glasgow week which finally get us to a station that we've been looking forward to going to probably the most ... Wemyss Bay

It's the 9th August, and we're still out and about on the Glasgow suburban network .. and we pay a visit to the ScotRail control centre

It's 15th August and it's finally time to leave Glasgow and head ... into the highlands. To Oban and beyond, where we stay the night at the highest station in Britain, it's Corrour! Which was always going to be amazing, and the location of where 'Trainspotting' was filmed - it was always going to be the ultimate tick!

It's the 16th August, and having stayed the night at Corrour we head north to Fort William, and then get the boat over to Skye, meet local Mark who talks Gaelic to us, and then gives us a ride to the Kyle of Lochalsh, so we can get the train to Inverness.

It's 17th August, and starting in Inverness we head down the east coast of Scotland through Aberdeen, ultimately aiming for the awkward stations of Balmossie, Golf Street and Barry Links - just as soon as we've been to visit John who operates Kerr's miniature railway

It's the 18th August, and we're onto the Penultimate leg of our trip. We just have do eight stations today on the line from Perth up Inveress, and there's a steam heritage railway to visit along the way

It's the 19th August, and we're at the end ... the very last day and there's only one line to do to finish off the whole trip! We take the train from Inverness up to Wick, but don't worry we do of course speak to people along the way, and there's even a castle
