After getting several parking tickets, Mussi convinces Robbie and Rachid to help him in stealing the tickets from the police station. After they accidentally steal parking passes for physically handicapped people, they illegally sell the passes to people, including Mr. Boerman, in order to make money. Mussi, Robbie and Rachid try to get in through Samira, who is one of the candidates in the Miss Flojo elections, while Ap poses as an Italian, Mario Fernucci, to avoid anti-Moroccan prejudice as he lands a job as a bouncer at Flojo.
