In the opener of this reality series about descendants of Al Capone running a restaurant, Dominic gets a tommy gun. Meanwhile, a fight erupts over lasagna, Madeline emerges from jail and uncle Lou tours the old neighborhood with Jeff.

Bart schemes to get Jeff laid; Dawn sets Dom up on a date in an effort to sabotage his relationship with Staci; uncle Lou offers sex advice to Staci.

Dom and Staci's attempts at romance are ruined when Madeline moves in with them; Dom puts Bart and Carmine in charge of finding Madeline someone to live with.
