Meanwhile, the Rajguru and Tingri have been turned into puppets and are trying to escape to ask King Krishnadeva for help. But they are dragged straight to Tenali Raman by Sundari the cat. Tenali realises that the king is in danger and sets out to save him from being turned into a puppet.
