Choreographer Gilly wants to get his street dance crew Trilogy back together. Personal Trainer Alaric has new boy Jayden to train and keep in check. Singer Nyomi and Rapper Lady Lykez don't enjoy Jayden's advances.

Gilly finds his situation going from bad to worse as he falls out with his former best friend Levi goes on an a date with lady's man Alistair.

Gilly sorts out his differences with Levi, but dance group Trilogy's comeback performance is on the line after he runs into an old acquaintance.

Alistair tries one last time to try and win Yinka’s affection, but a chance encounter with Fayy sets his pulse racing.
