When the noble but forgetful Earl of Crankcase takes a high dive into an empty pool, the nephews (Filcher, Belcher, and, ahem, Jay) gather at the prestigious law firm of Lamb, Curry & Rice for the reading of the will. A million-pound note goes to the new earl, identified only by a photograph of a foot on which is inscribed Rue Brittania. Naturally enough, the foot turns out to belong to a moose, and the moose in question turns out to reside in Frostbite Falls, Minnesota. When Rocky and Bullwinkle set sail for the ancestral homeland of the Crankcases, the three nefarious nephews set out to do them in.

The S.S. Flotsam, the luxurious ocean liner carrying our heroes to England, is sunk, but Rocky and Bullwinkle make it to shore. There they get into a peculiar taxicab with three suspicious-appearing drivers who drive them directly to the White Cliffs of Dover, where they're foiled in their attempt to do Rocky and Bullwinkle in. Upon hoofing it back to London, our heroes learn that the million-pound inheritance will be Bullwinkle's, just as soon as he's spent a week in the ancestral manse, Abominable Manor.
