Reece is excited when the president of his fan club, Nick Fields, comes to stay with the family while working on a film retrospective in Reece's honor. But his excitement turns to fear when Nick outs Reece as a ""gay icon"" on national TV. Reece flakes out on going to the retrospective until Todd encourages him to attend. In the end, Reece realizes that his gay following is as important as the rest of his fans.
