Arata Miyabe, a high school student who grew up in a fatherless household, has an unfriendly but straightforward personality. Living with this in mind, he dreamed of becoming a police officer and lived a close and supportive life with his father. One day, when Shinji is transferred to the head office, Arata decides to transfer to another school.

Yuka Kusunoki comes to visit Arata Miyabe, who is serving time in prison for the attempted murder of Ryuga Nagaya.
