Welcome to a world with an infinite number of parallel worlds. One day, such a myriad of complex and intricate worlds starts to fall into the clutches of an evil dynasty known as Tojitendo. The only world that remains is the one where our protagonist, Kaito Goshikida, lives. For some strange reason, the world where Kaito lives and the Kikai World where the Tojitendo are from have been merged together. However, it isn't long before the inhabitants of Kikaitopia, the Kikainoids, and the humans who live there, start to get along in harmony. It isn't long before the nefarious hands of Tojitendo reaches them. Their peaceful days are soon about to come to an end, just when one of these humans seeks to fight to defend the lives of both humans and Kikainoids alike. Kaito's first ally just so happens to be the cool-looking red old man that is Kikainoid Juran.

Meanwhile, Kaito and Juran made their decision and in transforming they've grounded their opposition to Tojitendo's forces immediately. There are three Geartlingers left. In the plaza, a figure was captivated by Kaito's enthusiasm when it came to searching for more members to join his team as he was approached by none other than Kikainoid Gaon! Vroon, the cleaner of Tojitendo, asks executive Ijirude a question, but was chased out by the frustration of being confronted with knowledge Ijirude already knew. Instead of seeking an answer to his own question, Vroon decides to leave Tojitendo himself. Meanwhile, there are strange gongs that start showing up all over the city as people start to box each other maniacally. Vroon appears in the city being chased by a couple of Kudakks, and joins up with the Zenkaigers as they take on Boxing World. This engine of curiosity begins to make his decisions with "knowledge that expands the world".

The Zenkaigers now have all five members. However, Kaito suddenly hears the names of his parents being muttered by Vroon, who used to clean for Tojitendo. Could this mean that his parents are trapped by the Tojitendo? Sushi World suddenly appears as he wraps Juran and Kaito up in a maki roll. Kaito starts to feel guilty about being unable to help the others who are getting trapped as sushi. Kaito was distracted by the thought of his parents being out there that he was unable to help those in front of him when he had the chance. It was then that Juran decided to give Kaito some words of encouragement. Meanwhile, the remaining Zenkaigers attempt to carry out a deadly rescue operation. However, as they prepare to engage their plan, the Captain of Tojitendo, Barashitara stands before them. Who will emerge victorious from this conflict: the Zenkaigers or Tojitendo?

Meanwhile, Vroon was busy collecting some books over at the library. After he exits, books in hand, a pile of garbage suddenly appears in front of him. When the Zenkaigers rush to the scene they encounter Garbage World, the source of all the trash, as he escapes to the top of his own garbage mountain. The world's first large-scale cleaning operation is now in order, as Vroon leads the team as the leading expert on cleanliness.
