Six fun teams of expert house flippers/renovators compete at auction to buy three homes, three houses they've never even been inside. After the auction the three winning teams go to see what they just bought. The houses always need work, but how much? The three teams do amazing renovations then put the homes on the market hoping to make a profit. The question is, who will come out ahead? It's a high stakes hour in which three auctions are won, three houses beautifully renovated and then all three houses sold. Who will make the most money?

The teams are up bright and early searching for a hot deal on a house at auction today. Three new houses are on the auction block; a four- bedroom house in Los Gatos, and a two-bedroom and four-bedroom house in San Jose. All the teams are scrambling to quickly assess the homes' exteriors to see which ones look promising for a fruitful flip. Todd and Michael take pride in flipping high end homes in Los Gatos, so they feel a bit territorial anytime a house there is up for bid. Meanwhile, an expensive trailer parked at the four-bedroom San Jose property has both Mike and Manly, and Dom and Krista seeing dollar signs. Meanwhile, Greg and Beau are hesitant as they scout a 2-bedroom home in a neighborhood where they had a horrible experience flipping a house in the past. They're hopeful that getting this place could help erase those bad memories, but not if Rick and Vinny manage to get their hands on it first. In Milpitas, a 3-bedroom house is up for sale that has Josh and Alisha excited, but there's something in the air that's giving her some doubt. And Mike and Manly get some intel of their own that helps them make a quick decision. It's a heated battle on the auction steps and the teams risk hundreds of thousands at every turn.
