Colin & Justin's Hotel Hell

Colin McAllister and Justin Ryan overhaul and reopen a hotel on the Atlantic coast of Canada. Their first project is to design and transform one of the guest suites. They also start work on the separate restaurant building, which is a corrugated shed that they plan to transform with floor-to-ceiling windows. But they face huge problems getting supplies, and as winter closes in, a storm floods the hotel

Colin McAllister and Justin Ryan are two months into their project, but with winter coming and problems mounting, the restaurant build is under way, despite the escalating costs. Now they just need a chef to run it and they try out David, who has been working in pest control since he lost his chef's job in the pandemic. Colin and Justin are also renovating the reception area and want to make it more welcoming with a gift shop, so they visit a local sawmill to find timber shelves made from wood from the surrounding forest
