A sneak peek inside Mars Petcare's factory in Melton Mowbray, which is operational all day, every day to meet a target of one million packets of pet food a day. There is also a 14-acre research centre where new products are tested. Staff are encouraged to bring in their pets for the happiness of the work environment. But the animals must abide by the company etiquette and today one rebellious dog is in danger of being handed his notice.
