Ikebe Kumiko, born October 23, 1984 in Hyogo Prefecture, Japan is a Japanese voice actress (seiyuu). Till December 2010 she was affiliated with Aoni Production then worked freelance and since December 2013 she is affiliated with Across Entertainment office. Ikebe graduated from the Department of Design at Osaka University of Arts Junior College.
